Erin Wietecha leads the mortgage foreclosure practice. After graduating from Georgetown Law, Erin spent the first 15 years of her career representing banks such as Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, and Bank of America. She spent 3 years working for one of those banks as in-house counsel. Next, she worked for an AmLaw 50 firm, where she represented servicers such as Ocwen, Bank of America, and Chase. She then used that high-level experience in a senior role at a multi-state foreclosure firm, where she learned the nuts and bolts of how foreclosure firms work. There, she represented the largest servicers in the country, such as Ocwen, PHH, Rushmore, Selene, Cenlar, Shellpoint, LoanCare, SLS, SPS, Nationstar, and many others.

Since 2018, Erin has leveraged her extensive and unique lender-side experience to help homeowners save their homes from foreclosure.
