Foreclosure Sale Stopped in Kings County

On August 7, 2019, Erin Wietecha secured a victory on behalf of a Brooklyn homeowner who needed a foreclosure sale canceled on an emergency basis. She obtained a temporary restraining order against the bank, which required the bank to cancel the foreclosure auction.
